Bertoldi’s restaurant opened in London in 2002 by Bob DiFruscia and is now managed by his daughter, Jessica DiFruscia.
The concept for Bertoldi’s was inspired by my grandparents (Jessica’s great grandparents), Nonno Gelindo and Nonna Marie, who cooked the true Italian way. Everything was made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients possible.
At Bertoldi’s in London, we bake our own bread daily, we make all of the specialty pastas, sauces, and desserts fresh here on the premises. We are in continually searching for not only the finest, but also the freshest, products available in our region. We want to give Londoners a taste of Italy in a simple surrounding.
